Welcome to Rose City Church

We are a church community made up of ordinary people finding extraordinary belonging through the generous love of Jesus! We invite you to join us Sunday mornings at 10:05 am when we come together to worship God through singing, study the scriptures, praying for one another and celebrating the gift of Holy Communion.

SUNDAY WORSHIP GATERINGS

We gather together on Sunday mornings at 10:05 am to celebrate God and His love for us through a family friendly, spirit-led, liturgical service.

We worship together through music, the reading and preaching of scripture, liturgy, holy communion, and a blessing to go out together.

We also love to spending time together and often share in community meals after our service.

ROSE CITY KIDS

We believe children have an innate sense of the presence of God!

That's why we are committed to shaping our children's ministry around Godly Play - a Montessori based curriculum intended to spark wonder in our kids. Aiming to develop a sense of wonder when it comes to God and the Bible, the Godly Play approach helps children to explore their faith through story.

Come join us for a Sunday Gathering or community playdate to experience the Holy Spirit through wonder and play!

SMALL GROUP GATHERINGS

We are not meant to follow Jesus on our own! Discipleship happens in community. Our small group gatherings are a great way to get connected to the life and community of Rose CIty Church and grow in your faith!

We have several smaller group that meet throughout the week both online and in person - each with a unique focus and structure. Whether its a book study or weekly dinner gathering we have a place you can connect and grow.

At Rose City Church we believe that through Jesus Christ heaven really has come to earth!

We try to make that reality a little more clear by the way we love our neighbors and community.

FIFTH SUNDAYS

Every Fifth Sunday of the month, in lieu of a service ,we serve local and global non profits that represent the diverse and transformative work of God's kingdom in our world.

Sometimes this looks like packing lunches for our local women’s shelter or cleaning and organizing local school grounds. Othertimes, it looks like participating in World Vision’s 6k for Water event. We’d love for you to join us! Email our office If you’d like to find out about our next Fifth Sunday project.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Rose City Church partners with other local faith communities and community organizing groups to support of the hope of our community being like heaven on earth. Our partners include organizations like Pasadena’s Clergy Community Coalition and LA Voice.

ROOT & BLOOM MINISTRIES

Our children’s ministry offers a transitional preschool, community playdates, and parent’s night out as a gift to our families. They are a great opportunities to meet other people in our area, get some much needed time to rest or reset during your week.
